ICF was looking for a Case Manager Lead - Disaster Recovery (Remote)

ICF Incorporated, LLC is seeking a Case Manager Lead - Disaster Recovery to work remotely, supporting Florida's management of grants for disaster risk mitigation. You will train and manage a team of case managers, serve as an escalation point, and help implement and refine program procedures.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and master policies and procedures governing case management for clients.
  • Supervise and manage Case Managers, including assigning cases, maintaining schedules and timesheets, and assisting with difficult cases.
  • Maintain a complete understanding of all applicable Program policies, requirements, and procedures and review all cases within established guidelines.
  • Assist with drafting and issuing updated policies, procedures, job aids, and operations management manuals.
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate the operations of case managers.
  • Coordinate closely with call center, inspection staff, and client.
  • Help refine program procedures and processes for implementation.
  • Provide guidance and assessment of case management staff, as needed.
  • Present technical information in key meetings.
  • Interact with senior staff from local and state agencies, as needed.
  • Support strategy for intake launch and operations.
  • Advise senior leadership and management, as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience providing intake and case management services and knowledge of best practices for programs assisting individual households.
  • Experience with state and/or federally-funded grant programs.
  • 3+ years in a supervisory or management role.

Nice to Have

  • 5+ years of in-depth and hands-on knowledge of grant programs, regulations, and implementation, including strong understanding of compliance.
  • 5+ years of experience in grant funded or public assistance programs, such as housing programs.
  • Experience working in a consulting firm, development organization, or public agency.
  • Experience delivering training and technical assistance to state and local government agencies.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% depending on role and project needs in the United States.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $73,722.00 - $125,327.00
