RemoteVA PH was looking for a Case Manager Assistant (Remote)

Remote VA is looking for a Case Manager Assistant to provide administrative and data management support for teams delivering ABA services. You will be a key player in maintaining the accuracy and organization of client records and service documentation.

What You'll Do

  • Assist case managers with administrative and documentation tasks.
  • Perform data entry and record updates in systems such as CentralReach or Brellium.
  • Support ABA quality assurance processes, including reviewing documentation for completeness and compliance.
  • Maintain and organize client records and service documentation.
  • Ensure accuracy of treatment plans, session notes, and related data.
  • Coordinate with team members to track documentation and case progress.
  • Identify and report discrepancies or missing information in client records.
  • Support internal processes related to ABA service documentation and compliance.

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience working with CentralReach or Brellium, ABA quality assurance processes, or data entry within ABA service systems.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with ABA documentation workflows.
