Responsibilities
- Evaluate the job readiness of program graduates and former trainees, and deliver suitable referrals along with necessary support services in compliance with Department of Labor, Center, and ResCare standards
- Secure timely job placements and support ongoing employment or enrollment in education and training programs for assigned individuals
- Develop employment opportunities by engaging directly with employers, One-Stop Career Centers, JTPA partners, and state workforce agencies
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management
