The Ridge RTC is hiring a Campus Lead, Residential Treatment

Responsibilities

  • Allocates team members across the facility according to their strengths and operational demands.
  • Delivers hands-on training and direct supervision to staff during shifts.
  • Maintains consistent communication with all residential units and promptly responds to support requests.
  • Relays staff feedback and concerns to the program leadership team.
  • Aligns with organizational leadership standards and exemplifies professional behavior.
  • Acts as a culture steward by guiding staff in professional conduct and team cohesion.
  • Responds quickly to emergencies, client crises, and urgent support needs.
  • Demonstrates de-escalation techniques consistent with CPI protocols.
  • Submits all incident documentation within 24 hours of occurrence.
  • Notifies external parties involved about critical events within one day.
  • Analyzes recurring incidents, proposes solutions, and escalates unresolved issues to management.
  • Ensures compliance with emergency response procedures.
  • Maintains required staffing ratios (1:4) and supports scheduled team members.
  • Conducts routine and on-demand dormitory inspections to identify safety hazards.
  • Assigns personnel for one-on-one client supervision and ensures proper documentation.
  • Provides real-time coaching on headcounts, environmental awareness, and zone management.
  • Is physically present during all shift transitions and high-activity periods.
  • Manages accuracy of dorm occupancy charts and electronic health record entries.
  • Works with clinical staff to assist in assessments and crisis de-escalation.
  • Offers immediate guidance on relational care practices, safety protocols, and interventions.
  • Partners with training leadership to onboard and educate new employees.
  • Identifies skill gaps and communicates training needs to program leadership.
  • Escalates personnel issues to human resources and program management as necessary.
