Responsibilities
- Drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth of the Henry Schein Products portfolio within your assigned territory, partnering closely with Field Sales Consultants, Regional Managers, and Multi-Site Managers to identify and execute growth opportunities
- Conduct business reviews and leverage analytics to uncover account and category-level opportunities
- Act as a subject matter expert on Henry Schein Products, supporting and coaching internal sales teams
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations both in-person and virtually to private practices and multi-site organizations (DSOs)
- Support the development of proposals, implementation plans, and sales strategies for multi-site and strategic accounts
- Lead and participate in formal account reviews to drive adoption and growth across customer portfolios
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) and reporting platforms to track, analyze, and manage territory performance
- Attend trade shows, customer events, and industry functions to support business development
- Execute strategic initiatives and programs to increase market share and customer engagement
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, or a related field
- 3–5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in B2B sales
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while managing a dynamic territory
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented
