Henry Schein One LLC is hiring a CA Henry Schein Brands Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth of the Henry Schein Products portfolio within your assigned territory, partnering closely with Field Sales Consultants, Regional Managers, and Multi-Site Managers to identify and execute growth opportunities
  • Conduct business reviews and leverage analytics to uncover account and category-level opportunities
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Henry Schein Products, supporting and coaching internal sales teams
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations both in-person and virtually to private practices and multi-site organizations (DSOs)
  • Support the development of proposals, implementation plans, and sales strategies for multi-site and strategic accounts
  • Lead and participate in formal account reviews to drive adoption and growth across customer portfolios
  • Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) and reporting platforms to track, analyze, and manage territory performance
  • Attend trade shows, customer events, and industry functions to support business development
  • Execute strategic initiatives and programs to increase market share and customer engagement

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in B2B sales
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing a dynamic territory
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented

  • Extensive travel throughout Alberta is required for this position.
  • This position is a field sales role, supporting two (2) branches – Calgary & Edmonton.
