Responsibilities
- Develop streamlined, high-performance C++ components designed for efficiency and pride in craftsmanship
- Design and implement maintainable systems in C++ with a focus on speed, reliability, and code quality
- Investigate system behavior, identify and resolve defects, and create automated test suites to ensure robust delivery
- Engage in technical decision-making and guide junior developers through knowledge sharing and collaborative problem-solving
- Shape and refine modern software development standards across the team and organization to improve engineering excellence
