Requirements

Minimum of three years of experience developing software using C or C++
Demonstrated knowledge of core data structures and algorithm design
Proficiency in database systems and query techniques
Effective verbal and written communication abilities
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude
Hands-on experience or genuine interest in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, and deployment

Nice to Have

Familiarity with search technologies such as SOLR is beneficial
Background in improving and supporting high-priority software systems in dynamic settings is advantageous
Prior experience in technical leadership, team management, or mentoring developers is highly regarded
Understanding of macro-economic principles is considered a bonus
