Responsibilities
- Create and implement regional strategies to grow low-voltage busway system sales
- Discover new market opportunities in commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and data center markets
- Evaluate market dynamics, competitor actions, and customer needs
- Develop and manage a robust project pipeline while forecasting sales outcomes
- Locate, engage, and grow a network of distribution partners
- Deliver training to partners on low-voltage busway products, applications, and benefits
- Track partner performance and ensure adherence to strategic goals
- Offer technical expertise in the design and application of busway systems
- Assist consultants, contractors, and end users in product selection and specification
- Deliver product demonstrations and lead technical training sessions
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to align efforts
