CloudLinux was looking for a Business Systems Analyst - Quality & Product Owner (remote, Europe)

CloudLinux is seeking a Business Systems Analyst - Quality & Product Owner for a remote role in Europe. You will serve as the Guardian of Logic for a specific product domain, owning its logical integrity and quality. You will partner with a Staff Engineer to ensure features are architecturally sound, fulfill deep user scenarios, and are delivered efficiently, moving beyond traditional requirement hand-offs.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Source of Truth for your domain, challenging requirements to prevent Dark Architecture and logic breaks.
  • Map complex business-logic flows and Chaos Scenarios to ensure unbreakable production deliverables.
  • Act as the first defense against Toxic Code by validating logic before development begins.
  • Leverage modern AI tools to instantly generate technical specs, edge-case matrices, and user stories.
  • Audit AI-generated tests and documentation for real-world value.
  • Drive outcomes through direct communication and clear, prioritized roadmaps to reduce meeting overhead.
  • Monitor quality using observability tools and iterate fast based on real-world performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Logical Rigor: Ability to spot contradictions in workflows and think in Systems, not just Features.
  • Advanced AI Workflow: Daily use of LLMs to accelerate analysis, documentation, and technical writing.
  • Ownership DNA: Proactively explore the product, identify risks, and own the functional solution end-to-end.
  • Candid Communication: Provide direct, unvarnished feedback and say No to requests that threaten product stability.

Nice to Have

  • 5+ years as a BA or Product Architect with a track record of decomposing complex systems, ideally in Linux, Security, or Enterprise SaaS.
  • Technical fluency to read a bit of Python or SQL and use the Linux command line.
  • Domain knowledge in vulnerability management or open-source software lifecycles.

Team & Environment

You will work in a high-velocity unit alongside a Staff Engineer within a culture of creativity and innovation.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Professional development with opportunities for learning and growth.
  • Interesting and challenging projects.
  • Mentor and other knowledge-exchange programs.
  • Fully remote work with flexible hours from any location worldwide.
  • 24 days of paid vacation per year.
  • 10 days of national holidays.
  • Unlimited sick leaves.
  • Compensation for private medical insurance.
  • Co-working and gym/sports reimbursement.
  • Opportunity to receive a reward for a patentable, innovative idea.

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Europe.
