Responsibilities
- Refine, document, and maintain clear and structured requirements as projects adapt to changes in design or technical strategy.
- Work closely with UX designers to ensure requirements align with user experience goals and with engineering teams to define feasible implementation paths.
- Act as the primary functional liaison for quality assurance, conduct initial feature testing, and assist in user acceptance and production validation testing.
- Lead engineering teams through epic initiations, develop user stories, clarify scope uncertainties, and support estimation activities.
- Participate in agile rituals, manage backlog carryover, and coordinate with delivery leads to match sprint work with team capacity and business priorities.
- Analyze data flows and document intricate business workflows to guide decision-making and uncover interdependencies across teams.
