The Business Systems Analyst will play a key role in improving operational effectiveness by analyzing business needs and developing technology-driven solutions. Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, you will work closely with teams to understand system requirements, identify inefficiencies, and implement reliable improvements that align with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify areas where automation can increase efficiency and accuracy
- Design, test, and evaluate new systems or enhancements based on site-specific business and customer needs
- Offer technical guidance and support to end users, ensuring effective use of automated platforms
- Diagnose and resolve system issues in collaboration with stakeholders to maintain seamless operations
- Support the execution of global IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Ensure implemented solutions meet functional requirements and deliver intended outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Intermediate-level English proficiency
- Familiarity with database systems, supply chain workflows, and standard operating procedures
- Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in office software including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and database applications
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work proactively in a collaborative environment
