Responsibilities
- Creates analytical and program management systems to monitor progress and generate reports.
- Offers financial and operational counsel to technical leadership teams.
- Assesses, designs, and deploys management procedures, methodologies, and systems for effective program execution.
- Builds and sustains relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to support program success and resolve issues.
- Oversees and directs administrative personnel on a daily basis.
