Responsibilities
- Analyzing current-state workflows, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, developing future-state process designs, and ensuring that all process components integrate seamlessly across functions to deliver scalable, high-quality market deployments.
- Maintaining awareness of evolving strategies and translating strategic direction into aligned process requirements and engineering needs.
- Evaluating market, segment, and product strategies to identify process impacts, capacity constraints, and timeline considerations.
- Leading the creation and documentation of detailed process requirements to ensure accurate and efficient implementation.
- Identifying out-of-scope capabilities and communicating process limitations and enhancement opportunities to market, segment, and product teams, escalating to the appropriate value stream when needed.
- Continuously assessing operational risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; implementing mitigation plans and initiating reengineering where necessary.
- Collaborating with functional process owners to ensure alignment and commitment to process timelines and standards.
- Maintaining all process-related documentation, including process maps, SOPs, RACI charts, status reports, and workflow change logs.
- Serving as a key contributor to training, communication, and testing plans by providing process expertise and ensuring adoption of new workflows.
- Coordinating and executing post-implementation process monitoring, reporting, and traceability to ensure sustainable performance.
- Driving process adjustments and corrective actions to support the closure of post-implementation issues.
- Integrating lessons learned into future-state process designs and deployment plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare, operations, engineering, or process improvement environment
- Strong process engineering and project management skills, including process mapping, workflow optimization, and cross-functional coordination
- Demonstrated ability to deliver sustainable process improvements with measurable outcomes
- Proven ability to lead within a matrix environment, working effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Key Competencies: Comfort navigating ambiguity, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and oral communication
