Responsibilities
- Coordinate the marketing development fund (MDF) cycle, including planning, tracking, and performance reporting specific to CIS and SEE regions.
- Lead MDF planning activities during the annual operating plan process, consolidating inputs and aligning stakeholders.
- Partner with Finance, Business Development, and Controllership to build and refine management reporting systems.
- Deliver day-to-day support for end-to-end MDF project execution, from initiation to closure.
- Maintain up-to-date MDF records and financial reports; validate monthly data and resolve variances with Finance.
- Conduct detailed financial assessments to guide investment choices and improve fund distribution.
- Build and manage ROI models for MDF programs, ensuring data accuracy and process controls.
- Establish governance protocols to verify ROI outcomes and adherence to internal policies.
- Track ROI results and deliver insights to stakeholders for strategic improvements.
- Explore automation opportunities for MDF planning, ROI computation, and reporting workflows.
- Introduce technology solutions to simplify operations, minimize manual work, and increase precision.
- Oversee automated systems to ensure data reliability and process efficiency.
- Create performance dashboards and reports to inform Business Development and leadership teams.
- Perform on-demand analyses such as market assessments or project reviews to uncover opportunities and support sales strategies.
- Work with the Operations Controls team to uphold strong internal controls.
- Carry out periodic audits of MDF and ROI procedures to confirm compliance and correctness.
- Engage cross-functionally with GCM, BPO Head, BD, Finance, and Controllership to meet shared goals.
- Train CIS and SEE Business Development teams on financial metrics, ROI frameworks, and MIS tools.
- Deliver instructional sessions on MDF procedures, ROI tools, and reporting systems when requested.
