What You’ll Do
- Build and manage weekly reporting dashboards that consolidate data from multiple sources, including point-of-sale and performance scorecards.
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks, identifying the right metrics and methods to uncover root causes and opportunities.
- Turn complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support the rollout of analytics tools and help teams understand new performance indicators to improve sales execution.
- Combine disparate data sets to detect patterns, forecast trends, and identify drivers of revenue growth.
- Deliver insights on customer behavior and market dynamics to guide Amazon-focused strategies and innovation.
- Present findings through well-structured, visual reports that enable quick, informed decisions.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business or data analysis, preferably in digital, consumer, or tech environments.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel (including advanced functions and VBA), PowerPoint, and Access.
- Experience pulling together data from multiple platforms to create unified insights.
- Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central reporting systems.
- Strong ability to convert business challenges into data-driven solutions.
- Proven skill in leading analysis from concept through execution, with attention to accuracy and efficiency.
- Effective communication skills across departments and organizational levels.
- Ability to anticipate obstacles, balance short-term needs with long-term goals, and adapt to evolving priorities.
