Responsibilities
- Overseeing the setup of technical integrations with telecommunications providers
- Conducting ongoing competitive analysis to assist in launching products and entering new markets
- Collaborating with marketing and technical departments to ensure on-time rollouts of products and market entries
- Handling operational management for one or more countries, including service deployment, connectivity, and performance improvements
- Engaging closely with group subsidiaries to align operations and strategy
- Producing monthly performance and activity reports for assigned regions
- Tracking key performance indicators daily and using insights to generate accurate sales projections
- Maintaining adherence to approved financial budgets
- Identifying and reporting technical issues and system bugs through consistent monitoring
- Taking initiative to suggest process enhancements and innovative solutions
