Responsibilities
- Ensure timely validation of WIP invoices upon release
- Supervise invoicing processes backed by release orders, media plans, and client approvals
- Handle all billing discrepancies and print-related challenges
- Conduct financial reviews and performance analysis for semi-annual and annual audits of fee-based clients
- Track PE compliance in alignment with AXON and SOX governance, including documentation, client reporting, audits, and agreements
- Maintain healthy working capital by assessing receivables and client invoice recovery, including gross amounts, media costs, commissions, and taxes per contract terms
- Perform monthly monitoring of receivables reconciliations and bulk discount allocations based on BD utilization
- Assess client contract adjustments, including credit and debit notes, following CFO authorization
- Evaluate billing team performance, gather feedback, and deliver coaching to improve efficiency and standards
- Guide staff on billing protocols, organizational policies, and monthly objectives to ensure discipline and timely delivery
- Assist HR with internal client reporting, budget preparation, and financial analysis
