Responsibilities
- Consolidate disorganized data from isolated platforms into a unified, trustworthy operational dataset.
- Manage the complete data workflow, including extraction, cleaning, transformation, modeling, and creating impactful dashboards that drive leadership decisions.
- Integrate automation and artificial intelligence to enhance data accuracy, timeliness, and reduce manual intervention.
- Determine key data requirements, collect, clean, and organize them to deliver clear insights and visualizations that inform business actions.
- Analyze business challenges by tracing them to underlying data and delivering solutions that influence executive strategy and operations.

- Flexible working hours with mandatory availability for client meetings Monday through Friday during US mornings (afternoon–evening Eastern European Time).
- Work is organized in focused 4-week cycles with defined objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Each cycle requires delivery of tangible results such as active data pipelines, deployed dashboards, and actionable insights.
- Minimum B2-level professional English fluency is required.
- Fully remote role with in-person team meetups held quarterly in cities selected by team vote; potential locations include USA, Tokyo, Dubai, and Bangkok.
