Drive sales growth in the DACH market by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. In this role, you'll initiate contact with prospects through cold and warm calls, respond to inbound inquiries, and schedule online demonstrations to advance leads through the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular outbound calling campaigns to generate new business and nurture relationships with existing customers
- Identify potential clients and support the development of a targeted business plan in collaboration with the DACH Sales Manager
- Set up and coordinate online product demonstrations, ensuring leads are fully qualified before handover
- Respond promptly to incoming phone calls and emails from prospects and clients
- Keep customer relationship management (CRM) records accurate and up to date
- Support administrative tasks related to sales operations as needed
What You Bring
- Native or professional proficiency in German, both spoken and written
- Proven experience in telephone-based communication, preferably in sales or lead generation
- Confidence using digital tools and CRM platforms
