Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative with fluency in German, you'll be responsible for advancing our go-to-market strategy by identifying and engaging key prospects in targeted industries. Reporting to the Manager of Business Development, you’ll help build a strong foundation for sales growth by initiating conversations with decision-makers in compliance roles and securing qualified meetings that lead to long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Use marketing assets and strategic outreach methods to connect with high-potential accounts and schedule meaningful sales conversations
- Proactively reach out to ideal customer profiles through email, social platforms, video outreach, and phone calls using customized, relevant messaging
- Follow defined processes and playbooks to ensure consistency and compliance in all customer interactions
- Manage inbound leads and outbound prospecting activities for assigned accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and qualification
- Stay up to date on product features, industry developments, and competitive insights to strengthen outreach effectiveness
- Utilize sales technology tools efficiently and adhere to internal workflows and security protocols
- Attend regular team meetings to share market insights and contribute to ongoing strategy refinement
- Progress through structured training and development stages to build expertise and performance
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly performance goals
