About the Role
This role is responsible for generating qualified sales leads by reaching out to physical therapy and chiropractic practices, educating them about a specialized EMR software solution, and setting up demonstrations for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls and emails to physical therapy and chiropractic clinics
- Identify decision-makers within healthcare practices
- Explain the benefits of a specialized EMR platform tailored to therapy providers
- Schedule product demonstrations for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and interactions
- Respond to initial client inquiries about the software
- Qualify leads based on practice size, technology needs, and growth stage
- Follow up with prospects according to sales protocols
- Collaborate with sales managers to refine outreach strategies
- Use CRM tools to track call volume, email performance, and conversion metrics
- Stay informed about industry trends in physical therapy and chiropractic care
- Represent the company at virtual networking events or industry forums
- Adhere to compliance standards when contacting healthcare providers
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on client responses
Nice to Have
