Responsibilities
- Achieve consistent performance against sales and profit targets.
- Track, assess, and advance leads and sales opportunities using Salesforce.com.
- Present product and service offerings in a way that aligns with client needs.
- Apply structured account planning to strengthen client engagement, improve satisfaction, and expand within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with account executives to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, reach new decision-makers, determine requirements, and tailor solutions.
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting of sales projections and pipeline data.
- Engage with professional industry groups including ISSA, ISACA, and OWASP.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to learn their technologies and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Support marketing initiatives by helping promote attendance at company-hosted events and programs.
- Serve as a representative of consulting teams, clearly conveying areas of specialization and capabilities to prospects.
- Establish realistic expectations and ensure transparent, ongoing communication with clients and vendors throughout the sales cycle.

- Up to 10% regional travel may be required.
- Must be available to work on-site when necessary.
- Position involves primarily sedentary tasks.
- Requires frequent and sustained use of wrists, hands, and fingers for at least 8 hours daily.
- Demands close visual focus for extended periods, including computer screen viewing and extensive reading for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
