Cloudflare was looking for a Business Development Representative, ASEAN (Bahasa speaking)

Responsibilities

  • Act as the initial contact for customers seeking solutions
  • Enhance customer-centric sales skills to provide an excellent customer experience
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services
  • Achieve and maintain targets for qualified opportunities, sales pipeline value, and revenue
  • Generate new business opportunities from the existing customer base
  • Identify strategic target accounts with strong use cases using qualitative and data-driven methods
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including account executives, marketing, sales operations, and other BDRs
  • Contribute to team-wide campaigns or initiatives
  • Craft engaging emails and letters, and make compelling calls and questions
  • Track, report, and manage sales activities and results using a CRM system
  • Participate in the development and improvement of team processes

Requirements

  • Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Customer-focused with empathy and curiosity
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts and terms
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Bahasa for customer interactions in Indonesia
  • At least 1 year of experience in a BDR role or similar position in the technology industry

Nice to Have

  • Experience in prospecting to Enterprise-level organizations and Public Sector
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Outreach, CRM reporting, and data analysis
