About the Role

The ideal candidate will lead efforts to expand market presence by cultivating new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and supporting long-term revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
  • Conduct market research to uncover industry trends and customer needs
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with service delivery
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics regularly
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of product offerings and service capabilities
  • Support the development of go-to-market strategies for new solutions
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects through all stages of the sales cycle
  • Provide feedback from clients to inform product and service improvements
  • Work closely with marketing to refine messaging and campaign effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations
  • Adapt outreach strategies based on customer segmentation and vertical focus
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives within existing accounts
  • Coordinate with technical teams to assess client requirements
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Contribute to quarterly forecasting and planning processes
  • Support onboarding of new clients post-sale
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and market shifts
