Wipro was looking for a Business Development Executive

Wipro is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive new business growth in the Capital Markets sector. This hunter role is responsible for executing sales strategies, developing a robust pipeline, and managing key client relationships across all service lines.

What You'll Do

  • Execute the hunting strategy for Capital Markets, selling across all service lines including Digital, Cloud, and Cyber Security.
  • Identify and prioritize new target logos and key opportunities within the existing top 50 accounts.
  • Develop and manage the sales plan, allocating targets and conducting regular cadence calls to drive focus and resolve issues.
  • Lead proposal development, negotiation, and commercial structuring for new opportunities.
  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize opportunities in the sales funnel to shape client deals.
  • Develop and deepen relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to become a trusted advisor.
  • Monitor deal execution and track revenue from order booking through to invoicing and revenue realization.
  • Proactively drive collections from accounts according to the cash-flow plan.
  • Leverage internal Service Lines, partners, and advisors to structure differentiated solutions.
  • Execute engagement plans, including workshops and executive meetings, to shape client thinking and initiate formal buying processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in a business development or sales hunter role within the Capital Markets domain.
  • Strong experience developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify new logos, manage complex sales cycles, and build strategic client relationships.
  • Experience leading proposal development, negotiation, and commercial discussions.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at the CXO and senior management level.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $150,000.00 to $210,000.00 per year.
