BioPak was looking for a Business Development Executive (SaaS - Accounting) | Remote

BioPak is looking for a Business Development Executive to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for the firm’s accounting, bookkeeping, and financial services. You will support company growth by executing sales strategies and managing client relationships in a fully remote environment.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, targeting SMEs, startups, and established corporations.
  • Promote accounting services through channels including cold calling, networking, and online outreach.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitor activity.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings to understand needs and present tailored service solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal accounting, software development, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare proposals, service agreements, and coordinate pricing discussions.
  • Track and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and financial trends to enhance consultative sales.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in financial services, accounting, or professional services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and meet revenue targets.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and client service orientation.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A persuasive problem-solver who is great with negotiations.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with SMEs or startups.
  • Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping concepts.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Background handling North American clients.
  • An existing network of contacts in relevant industries.
  • Experience in B2B sales is much preferred over B2C.

You will collaborate with internal teams across accounting, software development, and operations to ensure client satisfaction and successful onboarding.
