Ethos was looking for a Business Development Director

TensorOps is looking for a Business Development Director to lead the growth charge for NEAR Intents. You will be instrumental in driving protocol adoption, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our footprint across the crypto ecosystem as a key member of the core growth team.

What You'll Do

  • Drive adoption for NEAR Intents across the crypto ecosystem.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with top exchanges across their full product spectrum.
  • Secure integrations with leading wallets and consumer applications.
  • Develop partnerships with revenue-generating teams building across all blockchains.
  • Proactively and consistently engage with top DeFi protocols and DEXes.
  • Relay honest feedback and critical inputs from external stakeholders to internal product and engineering teams.
  • Participate actively in team workshops and off-sites.

  • Deep expertise and domain knowledge of the on-chain DeFi and crypto trading landscape.
  • Adaptability and a strong desire to learn new technologies while operating at the forefront of the crypto industry.
  • Ambition and hunger to make NEAR Intents the top decentralized trading protocol in crypto.
  • Grit and hustle to persevere through sales rejections and navigate adverse macro conditions.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the core growth team, reporting directly to the Head of Ecosystem Strategy. You will collaborate closely with other business development leads and stakeholders both within and outside the NEAR ecosystem.
