PeopleCert is hiring a Business Development Associate (Remote - Japan based)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals

  • Provide regular updates on business development activities
  • Maintain accurate records of all business development activities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
  • Identify and address client needs and concerns
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input on business strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide feedback on business development processes and suggest improvements

Nice to Have
