Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing enterprise support activities, resolving service incidents, and leading technical escalations to reduce operational downtime.
- Produce on-demand and recurring data reports using database queries, system tools, and data warehouse scripts, combining inputs from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, automated data outputs, and user-facing information systems; define report specifications based on business needs.
- Identify and document business objectives by analyzing workflows, collecting functional data, and assessing output requirements.
- Create visual workflow diagrams, evaluate system functionality, and draft comprehensive technical specifications.
- Collect and interpret data trends to prepare analytical reports that support strategic planning and business forecasting.
- Propose and deploy process controls by diagnosing inefficiencies and designing improved procedures and operational changes.
