About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Develop customized strategies to enhance business value
  • Conduct financial and operational evaluations of client companies
  • Support owners in identifying and preparing for succession options
  • Facilitate discussions around long-term business goals and objectives
  • Provide coaching on leadership transition and organizational structure
  • Assist in documentation and preparation for due diligence
  • Collaborate with legal and financial advisors during transaction phases
  • Educate clients on market conditions and timing considerations
  • Maintain client confidentiality throughout advisory engagements
  • Track progress against exit milestones and performance indicators
  • Deliver presentations on exit readiness to stakeholders
  • Identify potential buyers or successor candidates
  • Advise on tax-efficient exit structures
  • Monitor changes in regulatory or industry-specific factors affecting exits
  • Support emotional and psychological aspects of business transition
  • Coordinate with external professionals including accountants and attorneys
