Responsibilities
- Lead customer and stakeholder workshops to gather, assess, and record functional and non-functional needs.
- Analyze business environments, operational workflows, challenges, and goals to shape user experience solutions.
- Develop and update documentation such as business requirements, user stories, acceptance conditions, and process diagrams.
- Convert data findings into practical suggestions that enhance product features and refine current systems.
- Turn approved requirements into storyboards, wireframes, user journey maps, and detailed prototypes using Figma.
- Design clear, user-focused interfaces that guide accurate development from the first implementation cycle.
- Build and manage a library of reusable components and a consistent design system following brand standards.
- Perform usability evaluations and integrate feedback from stakeholders and end users.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product leads, engineers, and support teams to advance project goals.
- Take part in design evaluations and interdisciplinary sessions to align design with technical execution.
- Deliver design concepts to clients and stakeholders with clear reasoning and anticipated results.
- Identify opportunities for UX improvements and suggest evidence-based optimizations.
- Support initial project phases by contributing UX insights during scope planning and resource estimation.
- Define and promote standardized templates, methods, and design guidelines to strengthen organizational UX practices.
- Track design deliverables to ensure timely completion within project performance metrics.
- Foster lasting client relationships by serving as a reliable advisor on user experience throughout project execution
