I KNOW HOW S.A is hiring a Business Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and subject matter experts to identify, assess, and record functional and non-functional requirements for current and new platforms.
  • Convert business workflows into detailed user stories, acceptance conditions, process diagrams, and use cases to support both new product creation and system modernization.
  • Create process models, data flow visuals, and customer journey maps using modeling tools, applying BPMN or UML standards when relevant.
  • Evaluate current systems and reporting outputs to detect inefficiencies, overlaps, and areas for enhancement in underwriting, claims, distribution, and customer service functions.
  • Enable data-informed decisions by working with data teams to define key performance indicators, reports, and interactive dashboards.
  • Work closely with product owners and technical leads to manage a prioritized backlog, ensuring user stories are properly detailed, sized, and prepared for sprint execution.
  • Take part in Agile rituals, offering analytical input throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing coordination with business partners, collecting feedback and assisting QA and development teams in issue assessment and resolution.
  • Organize and lead workshops and stakeholder discussions, ensuring outcomes, risks, and interdependencies are documented and shared clearly.
  • Ensure documentation remains current and accurate, serving as a reliable central reference for product capabilities and business processes.
