Responsibilities
- Collect and interpret business needs into actionable functional and technical requirements.
- Lead one or more functional areas while mentoring junior analysts.
- Evaluate requirements within the context of existing business processes and the Core Model framework.
- Ensure up-to-date documentation for processes and project deliverables.
- Examine current workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose enhancements.
- Lead workshops, training, and discussions with stakeholders to gather input and share updates.
- Work with regional and global teams to shape and implement effective solutions.
- Deliver business-facing support throughout project execution and after system launch.
- Track project status, risks, issues, and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Contribute to project planning, defining scope, estimating resources, and setting timelines.
- Support key implementation activities including testing, data transfer, change management, and user adoption.
