About the Role
The candidate will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of healthcare IT solutions, ensuring seamless data integration and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current healthcare data workflows and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with technical teams to define system requirements
- Document business processes related to health information exchange
- Support the development of interoperability frameworks using industry standards
- Translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications
- Participate in testing data integration between systems
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards
- Facilitate communication between clinical and technical teams
- Track project progress and report on key performance metrics
- Conduct gap analysis between existing and desired system capabilities
- Assist in the validation of data mapping across platforms
- Prepare training materials for end users
- Gather feedback from system users to inform enhancements
- Maintain detailed records of requirements and changes
- Support certification processes for health IT systems
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve data exchange issues
- Evaluate new technologies for compatibility with existing infrastructure
- Contribute to the development of data governance policies
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations
- Assist in onboarding new partners to interoperability networks
