Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive process discovery, BPMN modeling, gap analysis, and redesign for workflows covering asset acquisition, maintenance, depreciation, and disposal.
- Collect, document, and verify business, functional, and data requirements for system upgrades and new features.
- Convert asset management requirements into technical system specifications, ensuring adherence to financial, regulatory, and audit requirements.
- Design data models, define metadata needs, and establish integration points to enable analytics, predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and AI-based insights.
- Conduct collaborative workshops to align stakeholders and manage expectations across business units, IT, data engineering, and leadership.
- Evaluate vendor platforms, internal prototypes, and AI models based on technical feasibility, scalability, and potential business impact.
- Maintain detailed documentation including business requirements, user stories, process diagrams, data dictionaries, and test cases.
- Assist in user acceptance testing, training, change adoption, and deployment of new processes and system functionalities.
- Use Value Stream Mapping to detect inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and cost factors in asset lifecycle processes, measuring potential improvements.
- Drive Business Process Re-engineering efforts to transform outdated workflows, minimizing cycle times, manual interventions, and operational risks.
