This role is responsible for designing and implementing business intelligence frameworks that turn raw data into meaningful insights. The Business Analyst will analyze complex datasets, identify patterns, and translate findings into clear, strategic recommendations. Core responsibilities include building analytical models, developing interactive dashboards, and creating decision-support tools that guide business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy business intelligence solutions, including segmentation models and performance dashboards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business challenges, collect requirements, and deliver data-backed solutions
- Use SQL, Snowflake, and ETL tools like Alteryx or SSIS to extract, transform, and analyze data
- Present insights and recommendations to U.S.-based leaders in a matrixed organizational structure
- Apply Agile and Scrum practices to manage project workflows and deliverables
- Adapt to evolving business needs, including changes in work arrangements, team structures, or reporting lines as directed
Qualifications
Candidates must have an undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience, along with at least five years in data and business intelligence. Required technical experience includes four years with Tableau or Power BI, three years with SQL or Snowflake, and hands-on use of ETL platforms. Familiarity with Azure, Python, or DBT is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in uncertain environments are essential. A degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
