Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or a related discipline
- Three years of progressively responsible experience in business systems or information technology projects, including involvement in system development, testing, deployment, and user training
- Familiarity with HR data and hands-on experience using HRIS platforms
- Proven track record implementing HRIS solutions and collaborating with HR leadership
- Skilled in converting business needs into technical requirements or specifications
- Able to communicate technical details effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience conducting gap analysis, data mapping, and training end users
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Oracle Analytics and Power BI
- Direct experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in Talent Management and Workforce Compensation modules
