Responsibilities
- Serve as a bridge between the program and IT teams to interpret business requirements into technical specifications
- Engage in every stage of the project lifecycle from initiation to closure
- Support and advance regional project initiatives
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of client deliverables
- Function as a versatile resource across diverse programs, program models, and geographic regions while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead in-depth analysis of program and industry data to model performance for business proposals and operational enhancements
- Facilitate and lead meetings or working sessions to gather requirements, plan improvements, resolve system issues, and finalize data definitions for new initiatives
- Perform user acceptance testing to validate system functionality
- Lead and contribute to special projects including training delivery, quality reviews, timeline oversight, system functionality resolution, and process optimization
- Manage program data through variance analysis and data reconciliation activities
- Monitor project milestones, identify and manage risks, and communicate project status updates to stakeholders
Compensation
$62,700.00 - $94,100.00
