Shape a bold new brand from the ground up. As Brand Manager, you’ll define the voice, look, and feel of a fresh pub crawl experience designed for international travelers. Your vision will guide every customer interaction, from first click to final toast.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and own the brand’s identity, including tone, positioning, and visual direction
- Launch and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and physical channels
- Build and grow social media communities on platforms like Instagram and TikTok with content that resonates and spreads
- Forge partnerships with hostels, hotels, tourism networks, and influencers to expand reach
- Use analytics and customer feedback to refine messaging and improve conversion
- Work closely with local teams to ensure the brand comes to life consistently on the ground
- Produce original content and collaborate with creators, photographers, and videographers
- Encourage and amplify user-generated content to fuel authenticity and trust
What We’re Looking For
You bring 3–6+ years in brand, marketing, or social media, with a proven ability to launch and scale initiatives independently. You’re fluent in English and Portuguese, thrive in fast-moving environments, and balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. A background in hospitality, events, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus.
