As a Brand Graphic Design Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the visual expression of a large-scale healthcare brand evolution. Working remotely, you'll design compelling graphics for digital platforms, printed materials, and live experiences—ensuring each asset reflects the organization’s values and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visually strong content for websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, signage, and event environments.
- Ensure all creative outputs consistently follow established brand guidelines and visual identity systems.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to translate strategic goals into effective visual solutions.
- Help build and maintain a centralized repository of reusable design templates and brand assets.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors to produce high-quality printed and digital materials.
- Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, maintaining timelines and clear communication throughout.
- Support brand rollout efforts across a broad geographic network, including occasional travel as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is required. You should have 3–5 years of professional design experience, ideally within an in-house team or agency setting. Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite—especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign—is essential. Familiarity with motion design tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
