Responsibilities
- Oversee vendor, contractor, tenant, and bank agreements to ensure compliance and timely execution.
- Handle accounts receivable tasks such as issuing invoices, recording deposits, tracking revenue, and managing collections.
- Reconcile general ledger and subsidiary accounts as required for accuracy.
- Perform accurate data entry and supervise the bank reconciliation process.
- Collect and organize financial data for monthly reporting and performance tracking.
- Generate balance sheets, financial statements, and payroll-related documentation.
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all financial records and company data.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management.
