Kyo is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Remote

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments.
  • Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients and their families.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention plans.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and case discussions.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in applied behavior analysis.
  • Provide consultation and support to other professionals in the field.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff and clients.
  • Conduct research and contribute to the development of new intervention strategies.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and service agencies.
  • Advocate for clients and their families to ensure they receive appropriate services.
  • Participate in community outreach and education initiatives.
  • Maintain a caseload of clients and ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to students and interns in the field.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance measures to ensure high standards of care.
