About the Role

The BCBA will lead assessment, treatment planning, and supervision for clients receiving applied behavior analysis services. This role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, family collaboration, and consistent implementation of evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments for clients
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment data
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians in implementation of treatment protocols
  • Monitor client progress through direct observation and data analysis
  • Collaborate with caregivers to support skill generalization across settings
  • Revise treatment strategies based on performance and outcome data
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and professional standards
  • Document client sessions and treatment outcomes regularly
  • Participate in team meetings and case reviews
  • Provide feedback and coaching to frontline staff
  • Coordinate care with other professionals involved in client services
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments as needed
  • Support transitions between treatment settings when required
  • Lead caregiver training workshops and skill-building sessions
  • Promote consistency in behavior strategies across environments
  • Address emergent behavioral concerns with timely interventions
  • Use objective data to guide clinical decisions
  • Ensure fidelity in program implementation by direct staff
  • Model effective teaching and behavior management techniques
  • Support quality improvement initiatives within the clinical team
  • Uphold confidentiality and professional boundaries
  • Stay current with developments in applied behavior analysis
  • Assist in onboarding new clinical team members
  • Contribute to program evaluation and service development
