Lead Individualized ABA Therapy ProgramsAs a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will design, implement, and supervise tailored Applied Behavior Analysis programs for children with autism across home, school, and community settings. Your work will directly support skill development and behavioral progress, guided by evidence-based practices and family-centered goals.
Clinical Leadership and Collaboration
You will mentor Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees, contributing to a supportive clinical team environment. Regular 1:1 check-ins with clinical leadership provide opportunities for professional growth, case consultation, and operational feedback. You’ll also collaborate with colleagues across the country to share insights and refine best practices.
Technology and Workflow Support
Our proprietary care platform streamlines documentation, progress tracking, and communication, allowing you to focus on clinical work. A company-issued laptop and dedicated administrative support help reduce non-clinical responsibilities, improving efficiency and work-life balance.
Work Model and Scheduling
This hybrid position blends in-person visits with telehealth components. You’ll travel locally within the Orlando area to client locations and business sites, with flexible scheduling available for both part-time and full-time roles. Typical client hours occur between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Qualifications and Physical Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sites
- Ability to communicate clearly and engage in physical and play-based therapy activities
- Physical capacity to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $100,000, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and eligibility for quarterly performance bonuses.
