Responsibilities
- Uphold and implement all Maintenance and Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) program requirements to support designated units.
- Inspect, maintain, calibrate, and repair all assigned equipment, adhering to the latest industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain and update physical records according to the latest guidelines, ensuring timely actions to restore unserviceable equipment, including performing acceptance work orders and submitting repair parts requests.
- Coordinate funds requests and any site-required actions for non-warranty-covered work.
- Arrange for the preventative maintenance and repair of equipment assets that are beyond local capabilities, ensuring funding approval by the Government.
- Manage medical equipment recalls within the established timelines.
- Report status to the Program Manager using established monthly reporting methods and available reports.
- Inform the Program Manager of any damaged or missing equipment.
- Follow manufacturer and local disposition guidelines when determining end-of-life actions for equipment.
- Ensure the availability and control of spare parts, test equipment, and tools.
- Comply with local safety program requirements for each site location.
- Adhere to all established security regulations and OPSEC procedures, and be subject to random and unannounced security checks.
- Perform initial inspections, calibrations, diagnostics, general maintenance, and repair of medical and non-medical general support equipment.
- Manage the life cycle, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of medical and non-medical support equipment.
- Complete required organizational compliance education, including client-specified requirements for Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services certification or other regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Experience in managing initial inspections, calibrations, diagnostics, maintenance, life cycle management, repair of medical equipment, equipment acquisition, and safety within OEM guidance and local/state/federal regulations.
- Meet pre-deployment physical requirements.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a required security clearance.
- Willingness to relocate to Israel.
- Valid passport from the country of record with at least 18 months before expiration date.
Nice to Have
- An accredited bachelor's degree is preferred but not required if the minimum requirements are met.
