Responsibilities
- Configure, calibrate, and run various supporting binding equipment
- Examine machinery for potential safety hazards
- Operate automatic adhesive binding systems with multiple integrated stations, processing collated sheets or signatures
- Perform operations including vibrating, milling, roughening, applying glue, covering, and stacking finished products such as books, magazines, or catalogs
- Adjust and synchronize multiple workstations within a single machine to ensure alignment
- Lead production team members through all stages of manufacturing
