Responsibilities
- Configure, calibrate, and run various auxiliary binding machines equipped with multiple cutting heads, controls, or add-ons such as inkjet units, mailing systems, case makers, folders, cutters, collators, stitchers, drills, and binding or gluing devices.
- Prepare automated bindery systems with multi-function and multi-station capabilities, including powered cutters, collators, gatherers, folders, and speed binders, which may be integrated electromechanically to create a full finishing line for converting printed sheets into finished products like books, catalogs, manuals, or magazines.
- Operate automatic adhesive binding systems (perfect binders) that include interconnected processing stations, accepting collated sheets or signatures and performing steps such as vibrating, milling, roughening, applying adhesive, covering, and stacking final products like books or catalogs.
- Perform necessary calibrations to synchronize the functions of multiple workstations within a single machine for consistent output.

- Conduct safety inspections of machinery and equipment.
- Lead and direct team members across all production phases.
