Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with team members to manage daily tasks efficiently.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior architectural staff or discipline leads.
- Demonstrate familiarity with Indian and global building codes and regulatory standards.
- Apply expertise in architectural design principles, including space planning, egress routes, platform dimensions, and restroom layouts.
- Develop designs from concept through to detailed documentation in line with project specifications.
- Coordinate model integration across disciplines, performing clash detection and resolution.
- Monitor feedback and review comments, ensuring all inputs are resolved and designs are updated.
- Maintain adherence to project timelines and support on-time deliverables.
- Identify and report inconsistencies or errors in design drawings promptly.
- Possess understanding of material finishes, and experience in preparing bills of quantities and technical specifications.
