Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the Comarch BSS platform, including Product Catalog, Billing, and Billing Mediation modules through configuration, updates, performance oversight, and incident handling.
- Monitor system workflows, examine log files, and troubleshoot data and runtime anomalies.
- Guarantee the reliability and uninterrupted operation of integrations and interfaces within the billing environment.
- Oversee backup procedures, data restoration protocols, and ensure system uptime and fault tolerance.
- Assume technical responsibility for the billing system post-deployment and throughout active operations.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security units to meet audit standards and security policies.
- Follow the BSS development roadmap, conduct Proof of Concept initiatives, and uphold comprehensive technical documentation.
