Responsibilities
- Generate and process customer invoices using provided documentation.
- Confirm billing accuracy by checking rates, fees, and contractual agreements.
- Collect, examine, and organize paperwork received from drivers, including delivery records and expense claims.
- Validate documents for correct and complete information.
- Address billing inconsistencies by coordinating with internal teams and external parties.
- Examine and correct billing problems or missing documentation.
- Answer customer questions about invoices and professionally settle billing conflicts.
- Work with drivers and operations personnel to resolve billing concerns.
- Keep current and precise records of all billing activities and driver-submitted documents.
- Store driver documentation in compliance with company archiving standards.
- Identify and apply process enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency in billing and documentation.
- Support special assignments as directed by management.
